Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-11-01 · Last updated 2026-11-01 · Version 2026-11-01
This policy explains what this site collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this site is Site, an individual operator based in China. Contact: the address on our Contact page.
What we collect
- Account data if you register: email address, username, and authentication records.
- Listing data if you submit or claim a listing: the destination URL or handle, the title and description you provide, and the amount you bid.
- Payment confirmation data from our payment provider: an order reference, a payment reference, the amount, and the billing email. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Click and visit records: the listing clicked, a timestamp, and a hashed IP address used for rate limiting and to reduce fake clicks.
- Technical request data: IP address, user agent, and referrer, processed by our host to serve and secure the site.
- Messages you send us, kept so we can reply and keep a record.
Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and for abuse prevention. We do not use cookies for advertising.
If this site shows analytics, it is loaded in a cookieless form where the provider supports it. Your browser may also store a local preference (such as light or dark theme) that never leaves your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may break sign-in and checkout.
Affiliate links and disclosure
This site participates in affiliate programmes. When you buy through a link on this site, we may earn a commission. The price you pay is not increased by it — commissions are paid by the merchant.
- Amazon Associates: this site is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
- AliExpress and other networks: this site may participate in additional affiliate or partner programmes, directly or through a network such as Admitad. All such links may be affiliate links.
- Affiliate networks set their own tracking cookies when you click one of their links; their validity periods are defined by each programme.
Public listings
Position, amount paid, listing name, description, image, and destination link are public. Anyone can see them, including search engines. Do not list a destination if you do not want that information shown.
To build a listing we fetch public metadata from the destination you submit. That fetch may disclose to the destination that this site requested the page.
Why we use data
- Contract: to take payment, create or raise a listing, show its position, and provide the service you asked for.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the board fair (rate limits, fake-click reduction), display public metadata, debug outages, and defend legal claims.
- Consent: to send any optional email digest you subscribe to. You can withdraw it by unsubscribing.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax, accounting, and complaint records where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Public listings stay while they are on the board, and may remain in backups or activity history for a limited period after removal.
- Payment references and amounts are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud, and dispute handling.
- Click records and IP hashes are kept only as long as useful for rate limiting and aggregate counts.
- Optional email subscriptions stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Email the address on our Contact page with enough information for us to find your data. Public listing content that also appears on your own site is not made private just by appearing on the board, but you can ask us to remove the listing.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data we can identify.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The version date at the top of this page is the current one. If a change is material we will post the updated version here.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
- Dodo Payments — checkout, card processing, receipts, refunds, and payment confirmation. Card details are entered on their infrastructure, not ours.
- Hosting and database infrastructure — the site, its database, and the files needed to run them. Request logs may include IP address, user agent, and referrer.
- Our email provider — only if you write to us, so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence.
