Refund & Cancellation Policy

Listings are digital advertising placements that begin the moment payment is confirmed. This page states exactly what that means for refunds.
No refunds
**All payments are final and non-refundable.** A listing is a digital service that begins the moment payment is confirmed: the listing is created or raised, and the amount is counted on the public board. Once that has happened the service has been delivered.
The following do not create a right to a refund: being outbid later; a drop in position; fewer clicks or visitors than you expected; a category change you dislike; downtime; a change to the ranking rules announced before your purchase; or removal of the listing for a breach of these Terms.
Right of withdrawal
By completing checkout you ask us to begin the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent the law allows that waiver.
Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived under the law that applies to you, we honour that right. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot legally be limited.
When we refund anyway
We refund in full, without argument, in three cases:
- You were charged twice for the same listing because of a technical fault on our side.
- Payment was taken but the listing was never written to the board, and we cannot fix it.
- A charge was made without your authorisation.
How to request a refund
Email the address on the Contact page with the listing URL and the Dodo Payments receipt or payment reference. We answer within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, Dodo Payments returns the amount to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Cancellation
Listings are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. If you no longer want a listing, ask us to remove it — removal does not create a refund, and it does not free the amount you paid from the board total.
