Who operates this service

This site is operated by Site, an individual operator based in China ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: the address on our Contact page.

By using this site, submitting a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not pay for a listing.

What this service is

This site publishes a public leaderboard of products and profiles. Position on the board is decided by one thing: the amount paid. There is no editorial selection, no quality score, and no hidden ranking signal.

**Listings are paid advertisements.** They are not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, recommendations, or independent rankings, and appearing on the board is not our opinion of the product or the person behind it.

A payment buys the position that amount supports at the moment it is fulfilled. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusivity, a fixed duration at a specific position, or any particular outcome.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that company.
• You may not use the service if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction or under applicable trade sanctions.

What you may list

A product or company website, or a public profile on a supported social platform. The destination must be publicly reachable without a login.

Not allowed: chat or group-invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Signal and similar); link shorteners; affiliate or tracking redirects used to hide the real destination; adult or sexual content; content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.

Platform links (app stores, code hosts and similar) are identified by their full path, so two different apps never share one listing. Tracking query parameters are ignored.

Listings must identify who is responsible

You may only list a destination you own or are authorised to represent. The destination must display valid, current details identifying who is legally responsible for it: a legal name and, where the law applicable to that destination requires it, a postal address and a working contact method.

Details that are missing, fake, incomplete, impersonating someone else, or that we cannot reasonably verify are grounds for removal without refund.

Your warranties

By submitting a destination or a payment you confirm that:

• You have the right to list that destination and to send visitors there.
• The listing and the destination comply with applicable advertising, consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property law.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company, and you are not claiming a position for someone else without authorisation.
• The destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or a site whose purpose is to deceive visitors.
• The information you submit is accurate and you will keep it accurate.

Prohibited listings

In addition to the limits above, you may not list or use the service for:

• Sexual or adult content, or links to private chat groups.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Counterfeit goods, unauthorised streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trademark, or related rights.
• Offers that require a licence you do not hold, including regulated financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related offers.
• Manipulating click counts, scraping the board to build a competing product, bypassing rate limits, or automated rank claims without our written permission.

Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorise, hide, or permanently remove any listing, position, or related page, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms or the law may have been breached, where a rights holder or platform complains, where the destination is unreachable, or where the listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk.

Removal does not create a refund. See our Refund Policy for the full position.

Refunds

**All payments are final and non-refundable.** A listing is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed, so there is nothing left to return.

Being outbid later, dropping in position, getting fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or removal for a breach of these Terms does not create a refund. The full position, including the three cases in which we refund anyway, is in our Refund Policy.

Public information we display

To run the board we fetch publicly available information about listed destinations: names, handles, titles, descriptions, logos, favicons, and preview images. We use that material only to identify the listed destination on this site and to show visitors where a paid listing leads.

We use third-party names and marks solely to identify the listed product or profile. We do not suggest that the rights holder sponsors or endorses this site unless the rights holder is the lister.

Licence you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (for sizing and ranking display), and publicly display the listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate the service and keep an archive of it. You also grant visitors the right to see the listing here.

To have a listing removed, email the address on our Contact page. Removal does not undo a completed payment.

No endorsement, no earnings claims

Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a product. We do not verify that listed companies, claims, prices, or results are true. Click or visitor counts describe what our systems recorded; they are not a promise that you will get the same result.

Links from this site lead to third-party destinations that have their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for them.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We may change ranking rules, minimum amounts, categories, or these Terms. When a change is material we update the version date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

For a payment already completed, the version in effect at checkout continues to apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that listings, names, images, positions, or click counts are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

We do not limit liability that applicable law says cannot be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Subject to that: we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid for the listing concerned.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and anyone working on this service from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your destination, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with a mandatory local law that cannot be displaced, that law still protects you.

General

If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the invalid part is replaced by the term closest to the original intent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the details you confirm at checkout, form the entire agreement for this service.

Payments, seller of record, and taxes

Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of record for every transaction on this site. That means your card statement shows Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments issues the receipt, and Dodo Payments is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on the sale.

We supply the listing service to Dodo Payments and receive the net proceeds under a separate commercial agreement. We never see or store your full card number. Dodo Payments's own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself.

All amounts are priced in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

How a rank is assigned

A completed payment is what claims a rank. The listing is written to the board only after the payment is confirmed by our payment provider, at whatever position the paid amount then supports.

Paying does not reserve a position for any period of time, does not guarantee clicks, traffic, customers, revenue, or search-engine ranking, and does not prevent someone else from paying more and ranking above you.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at the address on the Contact page — most issues are resolved faster that way than through a bank dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without a legally required basis is a breach of these Terms. We may remove the listing while the dispute is open and refuse further use of the service. A reversed payment does not restore a rank that has already been occupied by someone else.
